Please note that beginning 2025, the Sgue will be housed in an aluminum chassis with Bronze Acrylic front panel. Same as the Vivace EL84 integrated amplifier.

Overview

Designed as a matching linestage for SET ampliifiers,the Segue v2 is a perfect match for most of todays systems that do not require much front end gain. 

Musica Bella has been designing high end preamplifier and buffer circuits for over a decade. The new Segue v2 exceeds even the popular Harmony design from Purity Audio Design years back and at a fraction of the price. The Segue v2 features a new, rather unique topology based around a white cathode follower using 2 different circuits for each half of the 12AU7 dual triode tube. Sporting a lively triode tube stage, the Segue delivers powerful and dynamic sonic performance with just the right amount of tube euphonics to breath new life into your tube or solid state system. Designed from the ground up over the past 5 years, two triode tubes are employed with each tube dedicated to a stereo channel. Using a dual triode allows us to incorporate a unique and different topology for each half of the tube.

The Segue v2 comes standard with 3 sets of RCA inputs, 2 sets RCA outputs  and non-remote volume control (Remote volume optional). The Segue v2 is very versatile allowing it to be used as a linestage preamplifier with most high efficiency system.

The Segue is designed to work with any power amplifier with an input impedance of only 10k ohms and higher and provides proper impedance matching as well as the ability to drive long interconnect cables.
