Product Line-up

At Response Audio, we believe that music is an essential part of life. The founder, Bill Baker (thats me) started Response Audio in the fall of 1996. Beginning in 2007, a good friend and I started Purity Audio Design where I have been since the beginning. In the spring of 2024, my partner wanted to go into high end retail and I wanted to continue building so we decided to go separate ways in regard to business. Some of the products now found on this web site are either trickle down or enhanced versions of the products I designed for Purity Audio Design and have now found a new home here at Response Audio.  

Please be patient as we transform to our new product platform to be established by the end of 2025. 

All Foundation products are housed in an all aluminum chassis with aluminum backing plate for the laser engraved acrylic front panel. The chassis itself uses extensive bracing to help eliminate any resonance from the chassis to get into the signal. We have decided to not pursue expensive, custom CNC'ed aluminum chassis for the Foundation Series to keep our pricing reasonable. Do you want to spend an extra couple of thousands of dollars for a fancy chassis only to get the same performance? 

Foundation Series

The Foundation Series offers audiophile performance at affordable prices. We have taken much of the design criteria from our Master Series and implemented it into our Foundation series without the cosmetic bling. Serious contenders in any arena.

Maestro Series

The Master Series represents Response Audio's continued quest for the ultimate aural experience. Several years or R&D have gone into these products to assure the end user's musical Nirvana. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this line.

Custom Series

We are no longer offering the custom series as we focus on our main lineup.
